A Lemonade Hard seltzer with Lavender and kiss of sweetness
We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin.

A Paloma-Style Hard Seltzer
Inspired by the Paloma cocktail, Pierre has been hard at work these last few months trying to create the most perfect version of this yummo refresher using only the purest ingredients. Pink grapefruit juice, lots of grapefruit zest, and cane sugar come together with just the right amount of booze, acidity, and richness for that perfect sip of vacation vibes. You can enjoy this one at our spot, or take home cans to enjoy at yours. Served with a 'lil ice and a fresh grapefruit wheel.

Naked And Famous Fizz
A Fizzy Agave Hard Seltzer w/ Alpine & Aperitivo Botanicals & A lil’ smoked Citrus
We got together with the good good people at Tip Top Proper Cocktails and dreamed, and dreamed, until we came up with this super delish magic fizz! We took inspo from their canned Naked & Famous cocktail, dreaming of it of it as a tall, lower abv, super carbonated version of itself, instead of the strong sipping cocktail that it is. We started with a 100% Blue Agave fermentation, hit it with smoked citrus, and a range of Alpine and Aperitivo botanicals. The result? Beautifully burnt orange in color, with lots of fine bubbles, and insanely refreshing! The balance between the fresh lime, saffron, herbal, (very delicate waft of) smoke, and its firm acidity in the finish, make it a summer time delight!

An Easy Drinkin' Lager Beer
Originally brewed to celebrate the wonderful art of drink’n straight out of the can while float’n in a lazy river with your favorite Pallys™️ up in Paso! So since that’s wildly specific, let’s focus on the beer. Well, it’s an American Pils through and through, where the hop bitterness is deliciously noticeable, but still easy on your taste buds, and the hop character (coming from Liberty hops out of Oregon) is lovingly nuanced from sniff to sip. The body remains light and the beer stays easy drink’n. You can think about it all you want, or just slam it down and ask for another. Your choice.

Our Finest Czech-Style Pilsner
We brewers are our happiest when we can take our time making a lager that we’re all stoked to drink. Using a mix of floor malted pilsner malt, Saaz hops from the motherland, a lager yeast that helps express the maltiness of the beer, and spund’d to create tiny bubbles of carbonation. Compared to German Pils, you’ll find this a bit richer and fuller, with a dab of mid palate sweetness that pairs well with the fine bitterness you can expect from this type of beer. Tasting notes? Think doughy bread, alpine herbs, and a lil honey.

West Coast Pils w/ Nectaron
With the absolute legend Dr Ron coming into town from New Zealand, we wanted to make something that he could sip on while teaching us all about his life’s work in creating our favorite Southern Hemisphere hops. Using Brent’s hops from @machopsnz , this West Coast Pils is saturated with Nectaron from whirlpool to dry hop, and it hits with a wide range of characteristics. Flavor profile? Think the freshest and fruitiest cannabis, new tennis balls, orange zest, and dry riesling.

Do you ‘member when IPA was clear? When you didn’t have to ask if it had all those fluffy little clouds in it? Well, living in the past isn’t always good, but this beer is! this beer is that beer, but modernized with the most legit Mosaic from @colemanag and Rakau from @freestylehops . Tasting notes? Think ruby red grapefruit, kiwi, the devil’s lettuce, and blueberries.

DDH West Coast IPA collab w/ Cellarmaker // w/ Mosaic & Mosaic Cryo
Back in 2018, when we did our hop selection with Connor Casey of Cellarmaker, he proclaimed that the lot of Mosaic we had it in front of us was the best he’d ever had! He described it like no other I’ve met too, and used the words blueberrycottoncandypixiedust, saying it in a way as if it was one word, and a descriptor that we all apparently knew. We just stopped what we were doing and stared at him until we understood what he meant. It eventually soaked in as our minds raced with excitement thinking about all the ways we were going to use it. Soooooooo, he’s been chasing that lot like super hard ever since. Fast forward to the 2025 hop harvest, and Connor believes he’s FIIIIIIINALLY found that great lot once again! So he let us steal some from him only to make this one IPA as a collab, and let me tell you, this one is special! No terps, or aromatic oils were used, just a good ol’ fashioned hard hit of one of the best mosaic lots we’ve had in our brewery in a moment. Tasting notes? Blueberry, Cotton Candy, & Pixie Dust.

We’ve been loving our selected lot of Krush (aka HBC 586) and believed it was time to showcase it in one of our WC IPA’s! So, here's a simple recipe of Pilsner Malt and Krush to showcase this wonderful hop varietal best! We went lighter on the bitterness, doubled up the whirlpool and the dry hopping on this one. Flavor profile? Think intense guava, mandarin peel, spruce tips, and lychee.

Piece by piece we continue to put every beer style through the wringer, trying new process techniques as well as ingredients. It’s who we are as a brewery and we have a blast doing it. This one has a soft mouthfeel, a lil sweetness, and a creamy like texture in the finish. Tasting notes? Think Orange Sherbet and Pineapple Whipz.

Got together with the Dankest Dads we know; Henok out of Sweden and Sam out of Brooklyn to give ya’ll a truly special release from us! Filled to the brim with the yumm-o-est lots of our selected hops, the @freestylehops Riwaka hit is something that really stands out in the mix, with those passionfruit aromatics pop’n!! We didn’t stop at hops, and also went like medium handed on the terps via Pineapple Express and Blue Dream to add even more layers of saturated flavor to this one. The result? Think strawberry gelato, POG juice, zesty buddhas hand, and just a dab of the devil’s lettuce.

Our 2023 Gold Medal winning brown ale is nothing new, as it's a style that's been around for ages, but we get really excited about the classics too! The focus of this beer is all in the blend of toasted and caramelized malted barleys from our pals across the pond @simpsonsmalt. Lightly hopped, just enough to create balance, and smooooooth. Flavor notes? Think caramel sauce, toasty bread, and malty tea.

Back in July, on a trip to England, Pete had a aha moment while drinking a Dark Mild from Left Handed Giant out of Bristol. It was the beer of the trip for him, and he knew that he had to figure out how to make it. So, let me introduce to you, the Ghostwriters Series! A new thing from us, where we take the exact recipe from another brewery, and make it on our system. About the beer…Brewed with all English malts (of course from @simpsonsmalt ) and a fruit forward English yeast strain, and served on nitro, it’s a lovely low strength beer! Super malty in flavor, with lovely little hits of milk chocolate, pecan, and black tea. For true Cask-like vibes, drink at 50f.

A Barrel Fermented Mixed Culture Sour Beer w/ Peaches
We’re having so much fun with our lil sour beer program led by Papa™️ out of The Rage Cave in Costa Mesa! What are we doing with it? Well…we run with the perpetual blending technique, where we always keep a portion of the last batch in each barrel that we ferment. A mixed culture is used, some of which we’ve propagated from the area ourselves. With this batch, we used a blend of barrels, where we’re selecting for bright citrus funk and an acidity that’s harmonious for us and pairs well with the peaches. For the fruit, it’s added to the beer and allowed to ferment until wonderfully dry. The whole batch is then keg conditioned, allowing this third fermentation to carbonate the beer and develop delicious depth over the course of 6 months. The result? The aroma is all fuzzy peach skins and orange blossom water, with the palate showing through with bergamot, elderflower petals and sour peach rings. With a medium level of acidity and a finish that is dry and refreshing. Draft Only.

DDH Pliny the Elder - DDH DIPA
Pliny the Elder was one of the first commercially brewed Double IPAs created by Vinnie in 1999 while the brewery was still owned by Korbel Winery. In 2020, we brewed Pliny for President by taking the original recipe and adding a 2 step double dry-hop (DDH) process. This beer was a huge hit with not only beer enthusiasts but the entire RRBC crew! So we decided to bring it back in 2021 with DDH Pliny the Elder. The original Pliny and DDH Pliny both have the same hop bill, while the amount of dry hops is roughly doubled in the DDH Pliny. The original Pliny is dry-hopped on day 7 with about 2 pounds per barrel, and DDH Pliny is dry-hopped on day 1 and again on day 6 for a total of about 4 pounds per barrel. This double dry-hopping process adds even more flavor, complexity, hop aroma, and freshness to the beer.

Velvet Glow - Helles Lager
Velvet Glow is an homage to an old Grace Brother’s Brewing beer brewed right here in Santa Rosa! The Grace Brother’s brewery was around from 1933 to 1966, where they created many iconic beer brands including Velvet Glow and Happy Hops. This Helles style lager is a clean, crisp, and refreshing beer with a bright straw color, aromas and flavors of bread crust and biscuit. There is a very low bitterness with a mild hop aroma. 4.75% ABV
