We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin.

A Paloma-Style Hard Seltzer
Inspired by the Paloma cocktail, Pierre has been hard at work these last few months trying to create the most perfect version of this yummo refresher using only the purest ingredients. Pink grapefruit juice, lots of grapefruit zest, and cane sugar come together with just the right amount of booze, acidity, and richness for that perfect sip of vacation vibes. You can enjoy this one at our spot, or take home cans to enjoy at yours. Served with a 'lil ice and a fresh grapefruit wheel.

We got together with our Forever Pallys™️… the Owners of Heritage Barbecue…Danny & Brenda Castillo! Danny and I spent a day smoking pineapples in his BBQ Pit at his spot in San Juan using mesquite wood, and then added those smoky piña’s to a 100% blue agave fermentation at our brewery in Orange. Then spent waaaay too much time getting the blend just right, but very excited where we ended up. The result is wonderfully heavy on the smoke, like some of my favorite mezcals, and hits with lots of fresh pineapple flavor on the palate as well. It’s intense, refreshing, and super sneaky at 12% abv. Pour over ice and split a can with your favorite Pally™️.

A Gin & Tonic-style Hard Seltzer
Our newest iteration continues to take after the stronger, more contemporary-style of G&T, and brings together a long list of secret ingredients to deliver a lovely balance of sweetness, acidity, booze, and bitterness to hit that drinking experience just right. For this Summer version, we'll be serving this over ice, with some fresh grapefruit zest and a rosemary sprig. If you like to take yours the more traditional route, feel free ask for a lime wedge instead. Draft only.

A German-Style Helles Lager w/ MittelFruh
Using all German ingredients, except for the water, each batch is another baby step towards recreating what we’ve experienced in Munich. Straw in color, with a subtly and nuance that is hard to describe and instead needs to be experienced! Notes of fresh baked bread, herbal tea, and puffed rice, create a beer style that is praised for it’s liter-worthy drinkability.

Beautifully pale in color with just a dab of a wafer cracker on the palate, and New Zealand’s Motueka hops taking the lead in flavor and aroma. Tasting notes? Think kaffir lime leaf, key lime pie, and lemongrass.

Our West Coast IPA that celebrates the love that we have for our beloved mascot, Cheeky! Layered with the holy trinity of hops; Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe for a radiantly clear IPA. We’ve been lucky enough to win a Silver at the 2018 World Beer Cup and a Silver at the 2019 Great American Beer Festival for this one.

Don’t believe what you hear. Running a business is easy in this economy and sometimes ya got to splurge! Take this fairly new hop from our good good pals at @freestylehops for instance, it’s a perfect candidate to use too much of in a batch of West Coast Pils! Just saturated with the most modern hoppy goodness from every sniff to every sip. Tasting notes? Think about those gummy peach rings, orange candy, and even a mouthfeel of fruity pebbles.

A West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic, Nelson Bliss, Nectarine, and Dank Terps
This one comes in with a lovely blend of carefully selected hops that work together with some yummo terpenes from our pals at @abstraxhops . The terps used in this are organic compounds made from botanicals that smell like cannabis and hops. Tasting notes? Think super fresh nugs, grapefruit oil, Mary Jane, kiwi, and a linger of the devil’s lettuce.

It’s our little series of beers highlighting the extremes of one single hop variety, double dry hopped to overload the senses with all of what it is. Our hand-selected lot of Citra from Yakima Valley hits with a flavor profile of Orange Sherbet, Dole Whip soft serve, fresh grand daddy purple, mandarin zest and those vanilla frosting vibes that I can’t get enough of.

We teamed up with our bud, Jeff Duggan of Portola Coffee, to bring you something that looks like a blonde ale, but tastes like a coffee milk stout! It’s full-bodied, creamy like a Portola cappuccino, and hits with flavors of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, toasted almonds, and coffee, yep, lots of coffee! Each can is ON NITRO, so you’ll want to give it a light shake back and forth, crack it open, and then pour fast, down the side of your pint glass. *contains lactose*

A Bohemian Style Pilsner made by our Buds @pFriem
The story of pilsner starts in 19th century Bohemia when a Bavarian monk smuggled a special yeast to a brewmaster in Pilsen. The story of pFriem Pilsner starts in the Pacific Northwest where it acquires the aroma of fresh grass and flowers and a touch of honey. While there are no monks involved in this pilsner, there is still a crisp and spicy finish.

Go beyond the pale, with aromas of berry and citrus, notes of mango, cantaloupe and a crisp, full, finish. / This bright pale ale illuminates golden with crown of white foam. Fruity aromas of melon, passion fruit, berry, and citrus. Fresh and juicy flavors of mango and cantaloupe. Finishes full, crisp, and satisfying.

Mind Circus
Hazy IPA made by our buds @ Russian River
Mind Circus IPA has a mild bitterness and a thick, luscious mouthfeel. This style of IPA is what is being called in the beer world a “Hazy IPA” Dominantly herbaceous and grassy, with moderate tropical notes as well as some bright citrus. This unique hazy IPA gains its flavor of grapes and grass from the Nelson hops, and its tropical notes of pineapple and mango from the Strata hops. It is unfiltered leaving a “haze” and some yeast for more texture. Oats were also used to add to the softer mouthfeel and hazy appearance.
