We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin.
Inspired by the Paloma cocktail, Pierre has been hard at work these last few months trying to create the most perfect version of this yummo refresher using only the purest ingredients. Pink grapefruit juice, lots of grapefruit zest, and cane sugar come together with just the right amount of booze, acidity, and richness for that perfect sip of vacation vibes. You can enjoy this one at our spot, or take home cans to enjoy at yours. Served with a 'lil ice and a fresh grapefruit wheel.
Collab w/ @heritagebarbecue / A Smoked Pineapple Margarita-Inspired Hard Seltzer. We got together with our Forever Pallys™️… the Owners of Heritage Barbecue…Danny & Brenda Castillo! Danny and I spent a day smoking pineapples in his BBQ Pit at his spot in San Juan using mesquite wood, and then added those smoky piña’s to a 100% blue agave fermentation at our brewery in Orange. Then spent waaaay too much time getting the blend just right, but very excited where we ended up. The result is wonderfully heavy on the smoke, like some of my favorite mezcals, and hits with lots of fresh pineapple flavor on the palate as well. It’s intense, refreshing, and super sneaky at 12% abv. Pour over ice and split a can with your favorite Pally™️.
Our newest iteration continues to take after the stronger, more contemporary-style of G&T, and brings together a long list of secret ingredients to deliver a lovely balance of sweetness, acidity, booze, and bitterness to hit that drinking experience just right. For this Summer version, we'll be serving this over ice, with some fresh grapefruit zest and a rosemary sprig. If you like to take yours the more traditional route, feel free ask for a lime wedge instead. Draft only.

A Mexican-style Lager conditioned in American Oak Barrels. We took our Mexican-style Lager, and lagered it in our cold room in American Oak barrels until just right. The barrels add a lovely vanilla character to this one.
The healthy portion of rice used to make this one does freak’n wonders to the beer! It lightens up the body, and the color, and makes for what some Pallys would call suuuuuper criiiiiiiiiiiispy! It’s a beer made for literally EVERY occasion. Eating yummo food? Drink this. Going to your favorite brewpub to hang with Cheeky? This one! Showing your friends a magic trick where the beer continues to just “disappear”? This OOOOONE!!!
Using all German ingredients, except for the water, each batch is another baby step towards recreating what we’ve experienced in Munich. Straw in color, with a subtly and nuance that is hard to describe and instead needs to be experienced! Notes of fresh baked bread, herbal tea, and puffed rice, create a beer style that is praised for it’s liter-worthy drinkability.
Don’t believe what you hear. Running a business is easy in this economy and sometimes ya got to splurge! Take this fairly new hop from our good good pals at @freestylehops for instance, it’s a perfect candidate to use too much of in a batch of West Coast Pils! Just saturated with the most modern hoppy goodness from every sniff to every sip. Tasting notes? Think about those gummy peach rings, orange candy, and even a mouthfeel of fruity pebbles.
Another jammer from our the Rave Cave™ that’s perfect for the warmer weather heading our way. Beautifully pale in color with just a dab of a wafer cracker on the palate, and New Zealand’s Motueka hops taking the lead in flavor and aroma. Tasting notes? Think kaffir lime leaf, key lime pie, and lemongrass.
Collab w/ Mac Hops. A DDH West Coast Pale Ale w/ Mac Hop's Nectaron, Nelson Cryo, & Riwaka. We got together with our Pally™ Brent from Mac Hops to celebrate the 125th Anniversary for their incredible hop farm in New Zealand. Super pale in color with a blend of Brent's favorite hops that they grow.
The fire glowed beneath, steadfast and unyielding. The kettle boiled, it's breath heavy in the still air. Beneath the foam, a great aroma rose, rich and unrelenting. Then at last: hop upon hop, malt upon malt. BLACK. Deep as the abyss, immeasurably smooth. A mountain of Mosaic loomed vast, crowned with a gate of clean, unerring bitterness. A tower of Ekuanot ascended, and the plains of Chinook stretched into shadowed infinity. They saw it: The Doom Sludge All thirst departed.
We’ve been loving our selected lot of Krush (aka HBC 586) and believed it was time to showcase it in one of our WC IPA’s! So, here's a simple recipe of Pilsner Malt and Krush to showcase this wonderful hop varietal best! We went lighter on the bitterness, doubled up the whirlpool and the dry hopping on this one. Flavor profile? Think intense guava, mandarin peel, spruce tips, and lychee.
This one is Californian through and through!!! Very pale in color, wonderfully dry, squeaky clean and snappy on the bitterness, with a lovely resinous hop intensity that shows in both the sniff and sips. Tasting notes? Think SpongeBob Popsicles, tangerine zest, and some of that super fresh Mary Jane. Ps. This hop blend just makes us smile.
Went back to the drawing board on this one, amped up the hops, increased the intensity, doubled up the whirlpool and the dry hopping! Showcasing Citra hops loud and clear here, we feel like it’s well seen and understood in all its glory here. Flavor profile? Think lychee, mango flesh, and orange blossoms.

Milky yellow and wonderfully opaque, this one got power housed with Citra, and some of the best New Zealand heavy hitters all you little juice Pallys™️ could ask for. Tasting notes? DDH Hazy Triple IPA w/ Citra, Nelson, & Peacharine – 10.2% ABV OK OK OK, we finally figured it out and settled the debate: the world is square. Like, for real. If you disagree, check out this label—it’s a legit, official drawing of the square earth that we whipped up. Need more proof? We don’t blame you. Just take a sip of this insanely hoppy triple IPA and you’ll see things our way. Tasting notes? Think: super-yummo white grape granita, chewy peach rings, and mango with sticky rice.
A Troon-Style Hoppy Ale (aka DDH Hazy TIPA). We got together with our Pally™ Alex Helm of Troon to make this one!
We teamed up with our bud, Jeff Duggan of Portola Coffee, to bring you something that looks like a blonde ale, but tastes like a coffee milk stout! It’s full-bodied, creamy like a Portola cappuccino, and hits with flavors of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, toasted almonds, and coffee, yep, lots of coffee! Each can is ON NITRO, so you’ll want to give it a light shake back and forth, crack it open, and then pour fast, down the side of your pint glass. *contains lactose*
Mind Circus IPA has a mild bitterness and a thick, luscious mouthfeel. This style of IPA is what is being called in the beer world a “Hazy IPA” Dominantly herbaceous and grassy, with moderate tropical notes as well as some bright citrus. This unique hazy IPA gains its flavor of grapes and grass from the Nelson hops, and its tropical notes of pineapple and mango from the Strata hops. It is unfiltered leaving a “haze” and some yeast for more texture. Oats were also used to add to the softer mouthfeel and hazy appearance.
