Lavy Lemonade
Hard Seltzer w/ Lavender & Lemon
We’ve got some Hard Lemonade for sale! And look at that color! That beautiful, natural color comes from the use of an insane amount of lavender pods that we use to brew a ginormous, fresh batch of lavender tea, that then gets blended with our lemonade-style seltzer. It drinks pretty balanced, with the acidity and sweetness hitting at just the right level, and then a soft tannic hit of dryness from the lavender. Enjoy straight out of the can, or pour over ice. Also legit with a dram of Old Tom Gin.

Naked And Famous Fizz
A Fizzy Agave Hard Seltzer w/ Alpine & Aperitivo Botanicals & A lil’ smoked Citrus
We got together with the good good people at Tip Top Proper Cocktails and dreamed, and dreamed, until we came up with this super delish magic fizz! We took inspo from their canned Naked & Famous cocktail, dreaming of it of it as a tall, lower abv, super carbonated version of itself, instead of the strong sipping cocktail that it is. We started with a 100% Blue Agave fermentation, hit it with smoked citrus, and a range of Alpine and Aperitivo botanicals. The result? Beautifully burnt orange in color, with lots of fine bubbles, and insanely refreshing! The balance between the fresh lime, saffron, herbal, (very delicate waft of) smoke, and its firm acidity in the finish, make it a summer time delight!

Straight From the Keller!
Unfiltered German-style Pils
Unfined and unfiltered, we conditoned this new German-style Lager until we thought it was sing’n! Made the old fashioned way using German Tettnanger and Mittlefruh hops, we also brought in a lil dab of the new school via Lorien, a US hop varietal by our pals at Indie Hops. Tasting notes? Think of fresh baked bread, herbal yumminess, and wildflowers.

Nelson!? In This Economy?!
West Coast Pilsner w/ 100% Nelson Hops
Our Lead Brewer for our Costa Mesa spot dreamed up this beautiful little West Coast Pils, and he describes it best. Pete says "Smells like money on payday, freshly cut grass, ripe cantaloupe, grapefruit flesh, cotton bubble gum and a pleasant waft of diesel. On the palate is a light to medium body with flavors of rustic bread coming from the addition of spelt."

Saison For Papa
It's a Hoppy French-Style Saison w/ Petit Blanc
Papa has been dreaming of this one for a while! It first got put onto paper, and now it’s here in liquid form! Although we don’t brew this style often, we thought it was the perfect time to do so given how wonderfully warm this summer weather has been. Papa wanted to focus on all French ingredients on this one to keep it as authentic as possible. Using pilsner malt from Champagne, a French saison yeast strain, and Petit Blanc hops, which were originally grown in the Champagne-Ardenne region near Burgundy. At first glance, you’ll notice the pure white pillowy head that everyone associates with saison. The aroma gives off bright lemony citrus along with an array of peppercorn and mild clove. The palate comes off fresh and spritzy, with a firm bitterness that carries it through the perceived sweetness of the yeast character. Finishing clean and dry, it begs for another sip… and another… and another! Magnifique! 🥂

A New Path To Pave
West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic, Krush and Rakau
If you’re not making any changes, there’s no way it can get any better. Keepin’ that color pale and those hops pop’n, this one leans into a blend of 2 parts of Pacific Northwest and one part New Zealand grown hops. The result is super bright on the citrus (think mandarin and key lime) vibes, with some yummo fresh strawberry hit, and some of the devil’s lettuce in the long hoppy linger.

The Mystifier
Cold IPA w/ Mosiac Krush & Citra Incognito
Confused about the whole Cold IPA thing? Well, it’s a rice IPA, fermented with lager yeast at warmer temps, but still has the ol’ I.P.A. acronym, instead of the IPL (India Pale Lager) one. Oregon and Washington grown hops combine with a lean malt and rice bill to create something that smells like ripe Maui Wowee, grapefruit oil, and Orange Mamba.

Corpse Dance
DDH West Coast IPA w/ Krush Cryo, Rakau, Mosaic Cryo, Citra & Nelson
When West Coast IPA died, the corpse just got up and danced! Started DJ’n too. At least that’s what we think happened. We weren’t actually even there, but a friend of ours said that’s how it went down, and so we believe it cause we want to believe it. I guess that makes us dreamers? Tasting notes? Think white grapefruit oils, fresh guava, and strawberry candy.

I Knew That Years Ago
California DIPA w/ Mosaic & Strata
Son: Look, Dad, I'm not looking for another diatribe about how awesome clear beer is, but can you tell me what we've got here?
Dad: Well, it's clear and bitter, and doesn't use any crystal malt so the hops shine like crazy! Smells like ripe cantoloupe, fresh spun cotton candy, and those white gummy bears that you love so much. It's got a full hoppy bitterness that hits from the initial sip, and a dab of hop resin that lingers into the clean finish.
Son: I don't get it.
Dad: You never will.
